Easy Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chive and Rice Soup

INGREDIENTS
    • 1 packet of a vegan equivalent of lipton garlic-mushroom soup mix
    • 2 cups soy milk
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
    • 1 - 1 1/2 cups cooked rice

METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat through until hot, stirring often.
