Bean Salad (Version 2)

INGREDIENTS
    • Carrots
    • Can of garbanzo beans
    • Celery
    • Green onion
    • Apples
    • Fresh parsley
    • Other veggies if you wish
    • Dulse granules
    • Soy sauce
    • Lemon juice
    • Vegannaise
    • Spinach/lettuce

METHOD
Here's a great salad that will last a while in the fridge -

In food processor, grate carrots and a can of garbanzo beans. Chop up celery, green onion, apples, fresh parsley, and any other veggies that you love. Mix with carrots and beans... add a healthy does of dulse granules, soy sauce, fresh lemon juice and veganaise.


NOTES
This is so good that it's worth using two cans of beans and making a huge batch. It is tasty, filling, can be used as a salad... put a bunch on top of spinach or lettuce and add a little dressing, stuff it in pita bread, roll in a tortilla, or put on thick crunchy bread.
