Potato Salad (Version 2)
Salad - Potato -

INGREDIENTS
Approx 1/2 lb / 225 g baby potatoes, washed and boiled until cooked but still firm
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Chopped parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper (optional)
METHOD
When potatoes have cooled completely, mix everything together.
Enjoy!
