Heat sesame oil in a large wok or frying pan and stir fry the broccoli for 2 minutes. Add the corn, garlic, ginger, pak choi and spring onions and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the hoisin sauce and soy sauce and pour over the vegetables. Bring to the boil and toss to coat. Serve immediate with the deep fried noodle mixture piled on top.
Serves 4 (Adam sez: well, I found that it serves 1 but I didn't use the corn or the pak choi!)
