Tofu Sour Cream (Version 1)

INGREDIENTS
    • 1/2 lb / 225 g firm tofu
    • 2 T oil
    • 1 T fresh lemon juice
    • 1 1/2 unrefined sugar or other sweetener
    • 1/2 t salt

METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This will keep in your refrigerator for 5-7 days.
