Heat sunflower oil in a pan over a medium heat and add the onion, garlic and cauliflower. When the cauliflower has browned slighlty all over add the tomatoes and lentils. Simmer for 15 mins then add the broccoli and lentils. Simmer for another 5 mins and add the coriander. Stir and serve (with rice is good).
I decided to create something she could eat. Was really surprised with the results so I though I'd post them here.
