Grilled Portobello Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • Your favourite vegan cheese
  • 4 buns
  • Grilled onion

METHOD
Take equal parts of red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, and soy sauce (I use Braggs Amino). The amounts depend upon the number of mushrooms. I make at least 3 cups for 4 large mushrooms. I place the three in a blender to mix then pour over the mushrooms. Let them sit overnight then grill. Add onion, your favorite vegan cheese, and a bun. They're fantastic!
