Mix in sauce pot with whisk on medium heat, the soy milk, margarine, nutritional yeast, soy cheese, salt, garlic powder and white pepper, until the cheese melts.
Shake flour and soy milk in a covered container, and add to the sauce pot.
Boil mixture, reduce heat, stir till thick. Mix with macaroni.
Add dried dill at end -- my kids can't do without it!
