Triple Chocolate Chili Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb / 450 g silken tofu
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups chocolate soy milk
- 2 oz / 60 g melted bittersweet chocolate
- 2 heaping T cocoa (sifted)
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 T chili powder
METHOD
Blend everything together in a food processor and then freeze according to your ice cream maker instructions. Spice to your own taste, adding more or less of the
chili and cinnamon as you prefer.
