Pineapple Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
1 x 8 oz / 250 g tin pineapple chunx in own juice
1 carton / 250 ml / 8 1/2 oz soya cream
Few drops vanilla essence
1 T oil
METHOD
Liquidise everything, (including juice of pineapples). Put in ice cream maker.
Makes about a pint.
