Lemon Ice
Dessert - Ice cream -

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T grated lemon rind
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- Dash of salt
METHOD
Combine all ingredients, stir well. Let cool to room temperature. Pour into an 8 inch / 20 cm square baking dish; cover. Freeze at least 6 hours.
Break frozen mixture into chumks. Place chunks in food processor; process until smooth.
