Next, take it out of the fridge and throw it in a blender, and puree it while gradually adding the vanilla extract, lemon juice, almond butter and Vitasoy. Blend it all together until smooth and then refrigerate it for another hour.
Meanwhile, mix the blueberries with the maple syrup, crushing it a little bit, and when the hour's up, throw the blueberries on top of the mousse with the slivered almonds. This is way involved, so save it for a date or something I guess.
