Daikon Radish Relish
Condiments - Relish - -
- 1 medium daikon
- 3 T vinegar (I like rice vinegar for this)
- 1 t salt
- 1 T sesame seed oil
- 1 T sugar
Scrub the radish; peel (optional). Trim the ends. Thinly slice or finely julienne. Mix well with the marinade ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Serve as a relish.
