Just finished up a week or so travelling through the Champagne region of France. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful

Travelling as a vegan can be difficult sometimes, but with a little planning you can do just fine.
Many of the vegan resturants that I wanted to see didn't always line up with the places I wanted to go, but I have found that calling ahead and letting the hotel or resturant that we would be eating at, they were more than happy to make me something special.

I admit that I am normally scared of many vegetables (like zucchini and eggplant) - but I've made an effort to eat as many different things as I can on this trip, and it's always worked out for me so far.
