Less than two weeks to go before my whirlwind honeymoon, and I need your help!
My soon to be wife and I will be traveling throughout Europe (actually starting in the UK, then jumping over to France, Spain, Italy, Czech, Germany, and the Netherlands) over the month of July and we are looking for the greatest veg restaurants to eat at.

If you know of, or have eaten at some of the greats - reply to this post and let us know about them. We promise to post yummy pictures if we visit them!
Oxford:
http://www.thegarden-oxford.co.uk - great vegetarian kitchen in a nice area of Oxford, be careful though because the pub's beers aren't necessarily vegan/vegetarian as the bar is run seperately to the kitchen.
Brighton:
The George - great vegetarian pub just 100m from Brighton train station, usually has good vegan options (one constant being the George Tapas - ask for it Vegan and get a little bit of everything from the menu, enough for two to share too!)
Infinity Foods Cafe - Great little cafe in the North Laines perfect for a light lunch as the salads are great! (Infinity foods supermarket is also just round the corner - my favorite vegetarian/vegan supermarket)
Bath:
http://www.demuths.co.uk - Nice vegan restaurant though more expensive than others mentioned here.
London: http://www.veganlondon.co.uk may be useful?)
Agree with the above - Food for Thought is excellent but gets very busy soon after opening at 12.
France is quite difficult to eat vegetarian (let alone vegan)
Germany suprised us with some good options - Osho's Place http://www.oshos-place.de in Cologne is an excellent salad bar (vegetarian - but you could easily eat vegan there)
Holland has some good options too, the Deshima Lunchservice (part of the Kushi Institute of Europe) was excellent but beware the buffet is not necessarily Vegan or Vegetarian as the Kushi Institute promotes a Macrobiotic diet.
Thanks for the excellent website...
