just awful. someone expain to me how 5 0z. of mushroom water boiled rapidly for 5 minutes can make a sauce for a lb. of pasta. you might have 1 1/2 oz of sauce after boiling. terribly dry and tasteless.do ya think maybe its suppose to be 500 ml or 2 cups of water for the mushrooms
