I made this for the teacher appreciation breakfast and it turned out great! I mixed it up the night before, using soy milk, raisens and dates, put it in the fridge overnight and baked it the next morning. The cut into beautiful squares and were a big hit. ~I baked it for 45 minutes instead of 30 in a gas oven.
