I think they need less bran. Or more flour. Or something. Anyway, the proportions there were horrible.
The main problem though with these was the fact that there was no binding ingredient in here. Molasses just doesn't have the capability to actually bind stuff together when it bakes - you need banana, or ground flax and water, or vegan egg replacer, or something.

It also needs a raising agent of some kind.
