This recipe worked, but only through a bit of guesswork! I presumed that a small 't' is teaspoon and a big 'T' tablespoon, but no advice or table was given. Can recipes be edited to show what is meant? Delicious cake anyhow - but add a bit more cocoa - like 1/2 cup. Good icing tip - rice milk, icing sugar and good vanilla extract whipped together is a great final touch.

I'm in the process of updating the recipes that don't specifically say teaspoon or tablespoon.

In the meantime little 't' is teaspoon and big 'T' is tablespoon.

Thanks for the tip about the extra chocolate and icing!
