I would not go with the syringe, I think its tacky and negative, not funny,just my opinion....Are you looking at any other ideas, Im thinking something funny but not something that can send the wrong message at the same time. G

What about a bowl of talking fruits or veggies....with cartoon clouds above each one, with a funny but thoughtful comment in each of them. Colorful, eyecatching and positive message...and definitely could be a conversation starter.
