Is there any other way to substitute for eggs??? Like a mashed potato or something, a banana, or anything??

The replacer that I use most often is Ener-G egg replacer - http://www.ener-g.com

For sweeter foods you could try substituting apple sauce or bananas, this site has some good ideas: http://www.veganmania.com
