I also found it in Veg. times and make it whenever I can, even though it takes a long time for the dough to rise. Tasty variation: chop up some sun-dried tomatoes (the kind that come in a jar soaked in oil and herbs) and knead them into the dough along with some Herbs de Provence (along with the olives if you wish). Top with basil leaves and bake as usual.
